Following its announcement of new routes in September 2025, Latvian airline airBaltic is expanding its summer 2026 offering by providing more travel options for its customers. The airline will introduce four new routes – two from Riga and two from Vilnius – and resume one from Tallinn, bringing the total to ten new and four reinstated destinations. The expansion for summer 2026 will increase seat capacity across all three Baltic States – 12% in Riga with more than 400 thousand additional seats, 11% in Tallinn with over 90 thousand additional seats, and 21% in Lithuania (Vilnius, Palanga and Kaunas) with more than 150 thousand additional seats.

Mantas Vrubliauskas, VP Network Management at airBaltic: “Our summer 2026 expansion reflects a clear focus on our customers and their travel needs. By expanding our network and increasing seat capacity across all three Baltic capitals, we are offering more destinations, better connectivity, and greater flexibility, while continuing to strengthen the Baltic States’ connectivity with Europe and beyond.”
